I've beeten Baldur's Gate 2: Throne of Bhaal using Twil.
Safe to say I'm satisfied with the ending, since they gave an epilogue invloving Jaheira and Twil (They gave epilogues for all the characters in my group, which was pretty nifty, but Twil and Jaheira had the longest). Took screenshots and put them all together:

(Note: To do the Romance, Twil technically had to be a Male character, so just imagine that all the he's and such are really she's, in reference to Twil. : D As for them having a Son.. Well... It's a world of Magic and Monsters, anything's possible!)

Still have to beat the game being Evil though... It's funny, I put Twil as Neutral, but I don't think I did any real evil things.
